Warmaster High Elves

 

I recently was inspired to paint some more units for my Games Workshop

10mm Warmaster High Elf army. My friend Chris has painted a few other armies

and it's time for a new opponent! Here are some pics:

 

 

 

Two units of chariots and a hero mounted on a dragon.
I painted the chariots with just a driver and bowman as this seems
to me the way an elven chariot would fight.

The elven host marches to war! This is what I
have painted so far. I have a bunch of spear
units left to paint and a few other odds and ends.

Another angle of the army. I want to get them to
at least 1000 points soon.

Glorfindel - The Lord of the Rings

I painted this figure recently. Glorfindel is an elven lord and is one of my favorite

Crimson Fists

I have a good sized Crimson Fist Space Marine army. Here are a few figs

that I had on my painting table for touch-ups and repair. I have them based for action

on an ice planet and lead by an Inquisitor. I'll be posting more pics soon!

Mordheim

Mordheim Terrain

A gamer (sorry I forgot his name) at Nashcon 2012 was running Games Workshop

"Mordheim" skirmish demo games. I thought that he had a really great 3D layout and some superb

custom terrain. I didn't get to play in this game, but it looked like a lot of fun! Here is a

picture of his table at the con.

GW Epic Eldar - I painted these when the game first came out. I really enjoyed the game for a
while, but then switched back solely to WH40K.

I never really liked the GW LOTR miniatures rules, but the figures are amazing. One of favorites is the cave troll that I painted a while back. Here are a couple of pictures:

Games Workshop Warhammer Night Goblins

Night Goblins!

Here are some pictures of GW Night Goblins I painted. I have always

enjoyed the look of these figures and I finally got around to painting some

a while ago. These are plastic figures from the WHF intro boxed set. I actually am not

a huge fan of WH, but do enjoy playing from time to time. I'm actually looking forward

to building a Mantic "King's of War" army sometime in the near future, and playing a few games.

Night Goblins! I used some of  these figures during our first AD&D
game as "regular" D&D goblins.
