Dystopian Wars

I was able to play in a Dystopian Wars game recently at Nashcon 2012. I had read

the rules before, but had never played. We played a three player game with Japanese, British and 

French fleets. I played the French fleet and did pretty well since the Japanese and British players

pretty much blasted away and destroyed each other! They game played well and I had a pretty good time.

I'm thinking about picking up a Prussian fleet, any suggestions?
